Paying Student Fees

Students and their parents/guardians have several payment options available to them, including cash, check, and credit card/debit card. Some families may qualify for a fee waiver, and the opportunity is available to develop a payment plan with the Business Office.

Cash/Check

Students and their parents/guardians may pay by cash or check in person in the PPS Office, or by mailing a check to the school’s Business Office. If paying by check, parents/guardians are asked to include their child’s name(s) on the ‘Memo’ line on the check.

Please note that families who previously have had personal checks to Lemont High School District 210 returned due to non-sufficient funds (i.e., NSF) may be required to pay their fees with cash, a credit card, or by certified check or money order.

Credit Card/Debit Card

For a payment to be reflected most efficiently, parents/guardians are encouraged to pay their children's fees online via credit card or debit card through RevTrak, a trusted partner of Lemont High School. Paying fees online instantly updates the student's account.

To pay a fee online, parents/guardians should follow these steps:
  • Download the following document: Online Payment Instructions 
  • Log in to Skyward's Family Access System.
  • After logging in, click “Fee Management” on the left side of the page, then click "Make a Payment."
  • Follow the directions detailed in the 'Online Payment Instructions' document, and proceed with paying online with RevTrak (you will create a log-in and password specifically for RevTrak).
Parents/guardians who have misplaced their Family Access log-in information may click on the ‘Forgot your login or password’ link on the Family Access log-in page to retrieve that information.

Fee Waivers

Parents/guardians who, due to financial hardship, do not feel that they can afford to pay their child's registration fees, should click on the link below to download the fee waiver application and eligibility requirements, then follow the instructions to submit the application.

Please note that neither Extra-Curricular Activity Participation Fees nor parking stickers are covered by any fee waiver granted by Lemont High School District 210.

Payment Plan

Parents/guardians who feel that they cannot pay the full amount of their child's fees - including any registration fees or Extra-Curricular Activity Participation Fee(s) - may establish a payment plan for the amount due. An initial payment is expected in order to establish a payment plan for student fees. An initial payment of at least one-third of the amount due is required to develop a payment plan for Extra-Curricular Activity Participation Fees. Parents/guardians who feel they will have difficulty paying for their child's student fees at one time and wish to develop a payment plan may contact Terra Button in the Business Office. She can be reached at (630) 243-3284, or via e-mail by clicking on her name.

The fee for parking permits must be paid in full at the time of the application and may not be a part of any payment plan.
