Lemont High School cites more than 950 students to second semester honor rolls

6/15/2017

Lemont High School has tabbed 954 students with either Honor Roll or High Honor Roll distinction for the second semester of the 2016-17 school year.

Second Semester Honor Roll

More than 210 students were honored in each class. The junior class led the way with 267 students selected (192 High Honor Roll, 75 Honor Roll). The senior (185, 49) and sophomore (177, 57) classes each followed with 234 honorees, while the freshman class (158, 61) had 219 students honored.

In order to achieve High Honor Roll status, students must be enrolled in six or more classes and achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Honor Roll students must achieve a grade point average between 3.00 and 3.49. Any student who earns a grade lower than a “C” is not eligible to be honored on either list.
