Lemont High School cites more than 940 students to second semester honor rolls

6/22/2018

Lemont High School has tabbed 944 students with either Honor Roll or High Honor Roll distinction for the second semester of the 2017-18 school year.

Second Semester Honor Roll

More than 210 students were honored in each class. The senior class led the way with 262 students selected (207 High Honor Roll, 55 Honor Roll). The freshman class followed with 238 honorees (181, 57). The junior (177, 53) and sophomore (169, 45) classes had 230 and 214 students honored, respectively.

In order to achieve High Honor Roll status, students must be enrolled in six or more classes and achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Honor Roll students must achieve a grade point average between 3.00 and 3.49. Any student who earns a grade lower than a “C” is not eligible to be honored on either list.
