Lemont High School has tabbed 1,018 students with either Honor Roll or High Honor Roll distinction for the second semester of the 2021-22 school year.
More than 240 students were honored in each class. The junior class led the way with 263 students selected (210 High Honor Roll, 53 Honor Roll). The senior class followed with 254 honorees (204/50). The freshman (203/47) and sophomore (201/40) classes had 250 and 241 recipients, respectively.
In order to achieve High Honor Roll status, students must be enrolled in six or more class periods and achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Honor Roll students must achieve a grade point average between 3.00 and 3.49. Any student who earns a grade lower than a “C” is not eligible to be honored on either list.
