Lemont High School has tabbed 1,004 students with either Honor Roll or High Honor Roll distinction for the second semester of the 2020-21 school year.
More than 240 students were honored in each class. The senior class led the way with 260 students selected (206 High Honor Roll, 54 Honor Roll). The sophomore class followed with 256 honorees (214/42). The junior (214/32) and freshman (213/29) classes had 246 and 242 recipients, respectively.
In order to achieve High Honor Roll status, students must achieve a grade point average of 3.5 or better. Honor Roll students must achieve a grade point average between 3.00 and 3.49. Any student who earns a grade lower than a “C” is not eligible to be honored on either list.
