Lemont High School will offer senior citizens a free opportunity to view the dress rehearsal for its spring musical, Newsies - The Broadway Musical. The rehearsal is slated for 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 11, and senior citizens ages 55 and older must RSVP for their complimentary ticket.
Senior citizens interested in attending the rehearsal should call (630) 243-3254 to RSVP. Attendees may RSVP for a maximum of four people, and will be asked to provide the names of the people in their party. If calling outside normal school hours, attendees should leave a voicemail message with their name and phone number, as well as the names of the people in their party.
Lemont High School encourages senior citizens who are interested in attending to RSVP at their earliest convenience, as reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. No reservations will be taken after the limit of 100 guests is reached or Friday, May 6, whichever comes first.
Attendees will receive a light dessert on their way out of the show.
Those attending the event are asked to enter the building through the Performing Arts Center entrance at the southwest corner of the building off of Julia Street. Convenient parking will be available outside the Performing Arts Center entrance and in the parking garage. Attendees should enter the building no earlier than 6:40 p.m..
