Skyward Transition - Summer 2026

This summer, Lemont High School will transition its student information system from Skyward SMS to Skyward Qmlativ. This is the same platform utilized by Lemont-Bromberek School District 113A.

The time needed both to prepare the system for migration and for the data migration itself will result in a disruption of service for our students and their families. However, we wanted to provide you some key dates and some recommendations for steps you can take to ensure you have the information you need this summer.

• Report cards will be available within Family Access and Student Access on Monday, June 8. Students and their families will receive an email letting them know when they are available. We highly recommend students and their families download report cards by the end of the day on Wednesday, June 10. Report cards are available under the “Report Cards/Portfolio” tab.
• Members of the Class of 2026 are strongly encouraged to download their immunization records, in case they need to provide this documentation to a school or employer. This information can be found under the “Health Info” tab in Family Access and Student Access.
• The last day of Skyward access for current students and their families is Wednesday, June 10. The Class of 2026 and their families will not have access after this date, and returning students and their families will not regain access until the migration is complete and new login information is provided as part of the annual registration process. We expect this will take place no later than Monday, July 27.
• Members of the Class of 2026 can request their transcripts through SchoolLinks at no charge at any time. Recent graduates also can request their transcripts through Parchment at no charge through Friday, July 31. The Counseling Department will upload transcripts for all returning students into both SchooLinks and Parchment by Wednesday, June 10; there is no cost for either service to current students. Please click here to request a transcript. Students who have not already done so will need to establish an account with Parchment in order to request a transcript through that service.

Once the data migration process begins on Thursday, June 11, our staff will not have any access to Skyward’s student records system, including the billing system. We will be unable to process address changes, student withdrawal requests, and New Student Online Enrollment requests until the migration is complete in July. If you have a student in your family whom you expect will attend Lemont High School during the 2026-27 school year and for whom you have not yet completed the New Student Online Enrollment module, we strongly recommend you complete this process no later than Friday, June 5.
