Athletic Hall of Fame: Terry Duffy '73

Standout three-sport athlete, starring in football, wrestling and boys’ track and field… two-time first-team football all-area selection by the Joliet Herald News… also earned All-Northeast Conference accolades twice on the gridiron… from his linebacker position, averaged 17 tackles per game as a senior in 1972, the highest average in school history… captured the Northeast Conference title in the 185-pound weight class in wrestling… earned a scholarship to play NCAA Division I football at West Texas State University (now West Texas A&M)… played four seasons for the Buffaloes, earning two varsity letters… active in community service in the Lemont area for more than 25 years… served as a member of Lemont High School District 210’s Board of Education from 1999-2007.
