Three-year varsity football performer… helped the school to a 17-6-1 record from 1968-70… the team’s 4-3-1 mark in 1968 marked the program’s first winning season in 12 years… the 1969 squad went 7-1, tying a school record for wins in a season (since broken), and went 6-1 in league play to tie for the Northeast Conference crown… team captain and all-conference honoree as a senior in 1970… played football at Northwest Missouri State University… guided the Marquette Manor Baptist Academy (Downers Grove, Ill.) boys’ basketball program to a 165-73 record… founded the Centurion Basketball Classic… taught at Marquette Manor for 28 years… recognized in “Who’s Who Among High School Teachers”… authored published articles about Christian education… Lemont Village Trustee from 1985-89.
