One of the top amateur bowlers in the state... accomplished member of the United States Bowling Congress... owner of many sanctioned 300 games and 800 series... bowled back-to-back 300 games in USBC Open Championship play... finished 22nd of more than 350 participants at the 2010 Professional Bowlers Association U.S. Open... was the only amateur among the top 24 finishers at the 2010 U.S. Open... won the Bradley Open (Lexington, Ky.) in 2010... member of the five-man Fox Bowl squad that won the Team All-Events title at the 2008 USBC Open Championship in Albuquerque, N.M.... Illinois State All-Events Champion both in 2003 and 2005... five-time Boot Hill Champion... ranks ninth all-time with a career 202 average in Boot Hill competition... three-sport athlete who participated in baseball, basketball and golf at Lemont High School... four-year member of the Outdoor Club... provides bowling lessons to youth bowlers... his sister, Tammy (Jordan) Richter ’94, finished fifth at the 1994 IHSA Girls’ Bowling State Finals.
