eLearning Information

(updated April 17, 2020)

Students will participate in eLearning activities each school day through May 21.

These are unprecedented circumstances for students and teachers. However, working in a 1-to-1 learning environment for the last three years has prepared our students well as they strive to reach their educational goals during eLearning activities.

Students and teachers alike will be working in a new environment as we employ eLearning for an extended period of time. There very well may be bumps along the way, but we are as prepared as possible given the short time period for implementation.

Please review the information below on how eLearning will be implemented during school closures related to COVID-19. If, after reviewing this information, you still have not found an answer to your question, please click on the button below to submit your question.

Ask a Question

If you have a question about a specific class, please contact the teacher directly as you normally would. You can locate a teacher's e-mail address by visiting the Staff Directory.

If you have difficulty contacting a teacher or have a departmental question, please consider contacting the Division Chair for that department. A list of those individuals is available below.

NOTES:

  • Lemont High School will be using three new applications during eLearning: DeltaMath (many math classes), CoderZ (Robotics) and Soundtrap (Guitar I, Introduction to Music). These apps have been vetted by the school's Technology Department. Parents/guardians who wish to opt their students out of using these apps should contact Director of Technology Donna Wall via e-mail.
  • Lemont High School students may be asked to utilize online and remote meeting platforms for academic purposes during eLearning activities. Please click here for more information on this topic from Principal Eric Michaelsen.
