New Student Enrollment/Residency

Whether you are preparing to join us as an incoming freshman or arriving as a transfer student, we look forward to seeing you on campus soon!

Please consult the information below to learn about the necessary steps to enroll at Lemont High School. If after reviewing this information you have questions about new student enrollment, please contact Registrar/Counseling Secretary Heather Richa at (630) 243-3218, or via e-mail by clicking on her name.

Please note that all new students must prove their residency as part of their enrollment into Lemont High School. Information on the required documentation for residency is included in the Enrollment Checklist.

Additionally, all current students who change residences within Lemont High School District 210's boundaries must prove residency at their new residence.

Incoming Freshmen (current 8th graders) - non-Old Quarry Middle School students

Incoming freshmen who are coming from a school other than Old Quarry Middle School should follow these steps:

  • Download the following documents:
  • Return the Request for Release of Student Information Form to student's grade school at your earliest convenience. Submitting this form to your student’s current school is the only method by which Lemont High School may receive important school information about your student, including testing information.
  • Return the Student Enrollment Information Form to Counseling Secretary/Registrar Heather Richa at your earliest convenience. Return instructions are included in the document.
  • Collect all required documents (as listed in the Enrollment Checklist)
  • Bring all required enrollment documentation to Lemont High School's 8th Grade Course Selection event on Saturday, February 2, 2019.

Incoming Freshmen (current 8th graders) - Old Quarry Middle School students

All Old Quarry Middle School students will be provided the Freshman Enrollment Checklist and Student Enrollment Information Form as part of the course selection process in January.

Incoming freshmen who are currently Old Quarry Middle School should follow these steps:

  • Collect all required documents (as listed in the Enrollment Checklist)
  • Bring all required enrollment documentation to Lemont High School's 8th Grade Course Selection event on Saturday, February 2, 2019.

Transfer Students

Students are seeking to transfer to Lemont High School should follow these steps:

  • Download the Transfer Enrollment Packet.
  • Complete all of the required forms in the Transfer Enrollment Packet and collect all required documents.
  • Schedule an appointment to enroll. Please contact Registrar/Counseling Secretary Heather Richa at (630) 243-3218, or via e-mail by clicking on her name. Prior to scheduling your appointment, please make sure that all required forms are completed and that all mandatory documents have been collected!

Change in Residency (current students)

Students who changed residences within Lemont High School District 210's boundaries should follow these steps:

  • Download and complete the Change in Residency Form and collect all required documents.
  • Schedule an appointment to provide the required documentation. Please contact Registrar/Counseling Secretary Heather Richa at (630) 243-3218, or via e-mail by clicking on her name. Prior to scheduling your appointment, please make sure that all required forms are completed and that all mandatory documents have been collected!
