New Student Enrollment/Residency

Incoming freshmen who are coming from a school other than Old Quarry Middle School should follow these steps:

• Download the following documents:
  • Freshman Enrollment Checklist
  • Request for Release of Student Information Form
  • New Student Online Enrollment instructions
• Collect all required documents (as listed in the Enrollment Checklist)
• Complete the New Student Online Enrollment module

• Return the Request for Release of Student Information Form to the student's grade school at your earliest convenience. Submitting this form to your student’s current school is the only method by which Lemont High School may receive important school information about your student, including testing information.

Students are seeking to transfer to Lemont High School should follow these steps:

• Download the following documents:
  • Transfer Enrollment Packet
  • New Student Online Enrollment instructions
• Collect all required documents (as listed in the Transfer Enrollment Packet)
• Complete the New Student Online Enrollment module

• Schedule an appointment to enroll. Please contact Registrar/Counseling Secretary Colleen Amberg at (630) 243-3218, or via email by clicking on her name. Prior to scheduling your appointment, please make sure that all required forms are completed and that all mandatory documents have been collected!

Students who changed residences within Lemont High School District 210's boundaries should follow these steps:

• Complete the Change in Residency Form, which includes submitting all required documents.
